Wat ben je waard? Voel jij je gezien?
Iedereen heeft de behoefte om gezien te worden. Om te weten waar we staan, vergelijken we ons constant met anderen – bewust én onbewust. Dat gaat tegenwoordig heel ver. We vergelijken ons niet alleen met de mensen om ons heen, maar met de hele wereld – inclusief vreemden op sociale media en beroemdheden. Hoe steken wij af bij hun prestaties, uiterlijk en succes? En kunnen wij net zo uitzonderlijk knap, sterk of mooi worden als zij?
